GABERS . . . 4/28/05

First days.

First trip to Disneyland.

First Birthday.

I can't believe that it was 3 years ago that this little

man stole my heart. I know I am a bit biased,

but he is the coolest kid I know! I am unbelievably

blessed to have him in my life.

Happy Birthday Gabe!!!

Grandma Tina

I can in all honesty say that my mom is one of Gabe's
favorite people. We call and talk to her every morning
and he tells her all about everything. She is always so
patient with Gabe and me for that matter. My mom
has been there for Gabe and I through thick and thin.
There is no way I could live without her! I am so grateful
I have such an amazing example to look to
when it comesto being a mom.
I just hope she knows how fantastic she really is :)
Sure do love you!

Take me out to the ball game

Hey batter batter....

Mom and Gabers. So cheesy!

I love this boy so much!

Isn't this picture cute???

Cousins, cousins, cousins....

Mr. Max
He is seriously one of the happiest babies I have ever seen!
and super cute to boot :0)

The 2 newest additions to the family.

Max and Adam. Soooo cute!

Here is the more wild bunch of cousins. Notice they are
all armed with some kind of sword or gun.
It was a bit dangerous to be in their pathway.
Jake, Jarom, Anna, and Gabe.
Poor little Chloe was sick and didn't want to get
mixed up with the likes of these crazy kids!

Birthday Buddies

We celebrated all the April birthdays at Kenzie and Stan's house
while Kelli was visiting. Can you believe that there are 5 April
birthdays in our immediate family??? Jarom (April 5)
Kenzie (April 7) Dad aka Papa Kip (April 15 aka tax day)
Gabe and Kelli ( April 28, different years of course!)

Jake & Gabe

Gabe was Jakey boy's shadow.
He sure does love him!

Deer!!!

This is the field right by my mom's house.
Isn't it awesome!?!

Karate Kids.......Hi-Ya!

Ninja Gabers and Ninja Jakers.

Two year old Tea Time...

Chloe Bean and Gabers having tea for two :)

Happy Easter!

Gabers and Tray Tray. Best Buds :)

Hunting down all the Easter eggs.

Gabe got a visit from the Easter bunny.

I think he came away with quite a treat!

Down on the farm

It's springtime on the Glenwood Road! Check out all
these cute baby lambs......

Gabe wanted a closer look.

Gabe has some amazing footsteps to follow in.

He sure does love his great Grandpa Duane!

"Tell the chef I would like some perspective"

Gabe, Raylynn, and I went to lunch at Pepperbellys with
Grandpa Duane and Grandma Tex. Somehow Gabers fished
the camera out of my purse and started snapping away. I
thought this picture was kind of interesting. I can finally
see things from Gabe's perspective!

We've got it down to a science....

After close inspection of the egg....

I think it is sufficiently dyed....

Do you concur mom?

I concur. Look at these dynamite dyed eggs!

Country dancin' with the Senior Citizens. Yeehaw!!!

I couldn't stop laughing cause this guy was literally dancing
circles around me. It was great fun though.
He had on a rockin leather vest and shiny pants!

This is Bartley.

aka: the drummer

Gabers and Grandma Tina taking a whirl around the dance floor.

Sorry this picture isn't very clear, but I thought it was hilarious.

These are all the cute little old ladies who come

to dance on friday nights. All lined up along the

wall waiting for a cute cowboy to ask them to dance.

Amazingly, the second woman from the left

is in her 80's! She was awesome.

She had been to the doctor earlier to get some pain medicine

for her foot just so she wouldn't miss dancing with the Seniors.

This guys nickname was Slick Willy! I think it was his dance

partner who was slick. He is a newly wed of 1 month too!

p.s. that's not his new wife he is dancing with either.

Here we go round and round and round and round........

Gabe thought the Merry-go-round was great fun for
about the first 15 seconds.

Again. Anna is not amused.

Jarom really did think it was fantastic!

This is after the 15 seconds of thinking this was fun.

Anything is fabulous when Grandma Tina is there :)

Hip hip hippity hop....here comes Peter Cottontail.

Gabe putting on a brave face while sitting with the
GIANT Easter Bunny.

Anna was definitely NOT amused.

Little Jarom Cottontail :0)

Breakfast of Champions....

It was the first day of Spring Break for Bita. What better way
to celebrate no school for a week than to go to breakfast???

St. Patrick's Day!

Gabe O'blackburn
the lucky leprechaun.

He already knows his way into a girls heart.....a little chocolate.

We decided to take around some candy on St. Patricks day

to the dermatology clinic and to Papa Kip's work. Special

delivery of Hershey's Gold chocolate nuggets. We definitely found

the pot-o-gold at the end of the rainbow!

Gabe loves to go visit Papa Kip at the dealership. Now it's

an added bonus to see Grandma Fjola since she works there too!

Later that night.......blowing bubbles at Ray Ray's house :)

Rockin out on the ukelele to end our wild and crazy

St. Pattie's day!
